These were characters created for mini games I did way back. Drawn then rendered in Illustrator.

This was a character I made for a dress up game, hence the reason why he is just wearing shorts here.

For the curious, the mini games were done in Adobe Director, and the output was Shockwave Flash–which by now is quite the retired medium.
